Whey & Oats Protein Pancake Mix is a blend of high-quality protein from whey, egg protein, and oats, providing both fast and slow-digesting nutrients.
Each pancake contains 18 grams of complete protein to help you meet your daily protein intake. Our easy-to-prepare mix is gluten free, sugar-free and high in fiber, making it an ideal choice for breakfast or as a nutritious snack.
- Mix 2 leveled scoops of powder (45 g) with 1 1/2 scoops of water (90 g) and blend for 30 seconds only. This mixture makes 1 pancake. Do not overmix. Let the batter sit for 3 minutes.
- Heat a lightly greased pan with butter to medium heat until hot. Mix the batter for a few seconds just before pouring it into the heated pan.
- Cook on medium heat until no more bubbles are forming (about 2 minutes) or until the bottom of the pancake becomes golden brown. Flip and cook for another 1 minute. (Do not press the pancakes while cooking.)
